Trump Created the Very DEI Programs He’s Complaining About

Between the first and second plane crashes spanning DC to Pennsylvania (Yes, there’s unfortunately been another), Donald Trump televised himself signing an executive order to “undo the harm caused by the Biden and Obama administrations.” Beyond wildly misstating what DEI is or does, Trump has unconvincingly pretended as if he didn’t implement the DEI programs he’s complaining about. Trump is responsible for the air controller DEI program to hire disabled workers.

What Happened

Recently, a passenger jet and Army black hawk collided midair over the Potomac river near Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C, killing over 64. Donald Trump took this time to blame DEI initiatives, while forgoing the formal process of an actual investigation into the facts. His blame of DEI in relation to aviation had been predicted by Thomas Schaller on X (formely Twitter) on the same day as the DC tragedy only 12 hours earlier. And that is exactly what the weakest man, Donald Trump, in the country did.

But using DEI efforts to hire disabled air traffic controllers was Trump’s idea, as noted by File411 on X.com.

In the above screenshot, on the top lefthand side, you’ll notice this page from the FAA’s website is dated Thursday, April 11, 2019. Donald Trump was the sitting president at the time and had been for years. He came into office this year and signed a flurry of executive orders, even if they were useless, hateful, illegal or had nothing to do with his primary campaign promises. But DEI for hiring disabled people wasn’t something he appeared to be against in his first term. These are some of the qualifications listed during 2019 that an air traffic controller had to meet:

• Be a United States Citizen

• The qualification for Schedule A Direct Hiring Authority.

• Meet Office of Personnel Management ATC qualification standards

• Pass Air Traffic Skills Assessment (AT-SA) Aptitude test

• No more than 30 years of age

• Pass a medical/security review

Other than being a little ageist, these qualifications are reasonable. If an air traffic controller, regardless of their disability status, meets those qualifications, they should be allowed to work. They should not be discriminated against.

The issue is, Trump is responsible for the DC and Pennsylvania air incidents due to pushing out the head of the FAA and attempting to push out others with a one-week ultimatum dressed as a resignation offer. The air traffic control tower communicating with the helicopter and jet in DC was understaffed. Usually, there is one person for helicopters and another for planes. In this instance, there was just one person being over worked. This is not a one-person job. The New York Times cited a report saying, “Staffing was ‘not normal’ at Reagan Airport Tower.” But this doesn’t matter to Trump, as long as he reaches his ultimate goal of slashing the federal workforce and replacing them with drones. Trump has to be called out for his lies and gaslighting. On day one of his second term, he pardoned or commuted the sentences of over 1,500 criminals and thugs who’d tried to take our country by force with intents to hang the vice president. One of the men he freed tased an officer on the neck, who died the next day. Trump pardoned racists from the Proud Boys and other criminal organizations. Trump has also fired over two dozen prosecutors linked to the prosecution of the January 6th thugs.

And yet Trump has the gall to decry Black and Brown immigrants as “criminals and rapists”when he is literally legally both. He’s a career criminal, as demonstrated in this list of Trump crimes and accusations by Cosmopolitan in this article. Donald Trump has been found guilty of 34 felony counts, and he’s been found liable in the sexual assault of E. Jean Carroll. He is the definition of a thug, a criminal who uses force to get what he wants. He’s simply a guy who doesn’t understand the word “No” or “Don’t”. As he puts it, he thinks he can grab women in the most indecent places without their consent. On the note of DEI, what even is DEI to Trump?

DEI is having the opportunity to be president when you are nothing like a president. Long ago, presidents of the United States didn’t have felonies or consent complexes. They didn’t blatantly lie about winning an election everybody saw them lose. On tv. Presidents didn’t demand loyalty from a nation of federal workers. This didn’t happen in America. But Trump is America’s DEI president. He’s slow-witted, as demonstrated when he asked Dr. Anthony Fauci the feasibility of injecting disinfectant to kill COVID. Watch the video. Trump is a liar making a mockery of America. He said in a speech, “I love the poorly educated.” He has no respect for his voters which is why he started a trade war with Canada, Mexico and China effective today. Prices will skyrocket, and America is likely to see something of a Great Depression. But that’s an entirely different story. The summary is, Trump is screwing ip the country badly. His second term in office has been chaos from the start.
